Terms of Service

These terms form an agreement between you and RNDL-INTERACTIVE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SERVICES, trading as RNDL Interactive, and cover this website and every digital product we sell. Where an individual product presents its own terms at the point of purchase, those apply to that product and these cover everything else.

We are a sole proprietorship owned by Randall Ofreneo Tan, registered with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), Philippines under DTI Business Name Registration No. 8434183, valid until 20 August 2031. Our registered business address is Mayao Kanluran, Lucena City, Region IV-A (CALABARZON), Philippines.

Everything we sell is delivered electronically and immediately. There is nothing to ship and nothing to wait for: the moment a payment is confirmed, the purchase is published and the buyer receives its unique link.

Each completed order leaves a record we retain and can produce on request:

• a payment confirmation emailed to the buyer, stating the item, the date paid, the payment reference and the amount, and carrying the live link to what was published;
• the same payment reference on our side, returned by our payment processor, so the buyer’s copy and ours can be matched against each other;
• the published item itself, reachable at its own permanent link from the moment payment is confirmed;
• the order in the buyer’s dashboard, where that link stays available to them.

If a payment succeeds and the item does not publish, that is a failure on our side and is refunded in full under the refund policy.

Buying a product grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for its intended purpose. It does not transfer ownership of the software, its design, or its underlying code.

You are responsible for the content you create with our products, and for having the right to use anything you upload.

Do not use our products to harass anyone, to publish unlawful or infringing content, to impersonate another person, or to attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend or remove content and accounts that do — and we will tell you why.

Prices are shown before you pay and are in Philippine pesos unless stated otherwise. Our products are a one-time purchase; if we ever offer one on a recurring plan, that will be stated at checkout before you are charged. Payments are processed by a third-party provider; we never handle your card details.

We work to keep things online but do not promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, third-party outages and the occasional bug happen. Where an outage prevents you from receiving something you paid for, see the refund policy.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. If something goes wrong, the steps, the people and the timelines are set out in the dispute resolution policy.

We do not name an exclusive court. You may bring a claim where you live or where we are based, and you keep every right you have under Philippine consumer law, including the right to complain to the Department of Trade and Industry.

We may update these terms as the products change or the law requires. The date at the top of this page changes with them, and where a change materially affects existing customers we say so directly rather than relying on you to notice.

A change never applies backwards. The terms that govern a purchase are the ones published when that purchase was made.
