Refund Policy
Our products are digital and delivered instantly, which makes refunds a matter of fairness rather than logistics. Here is exactly where we stand.
When we refund in full
If a technical fault on our side stopped you from receiving what you paid for — the purchase did not publish, the link never worked, the feature you paid for was unavailable — we refund the full amount. You do not need to argue the point.
If you were charged twice for the same thing, we refund the duplicate immediately on becoming aware of it, whether or not you asked.
When we usually cannot
Because a purchase is delivered the moment it is made, we generally cannot refund a completed order simply because you changed your mind, sent it to the wrong person, or made a typo in the content. Preview carefully before you publish — every product shows you exactly what will be delivered first.
Where we use judgement
Real life is not a decision tree. If something went wrong and it does not fit either category above, write to us and explain. We would rather resolve it than win it.
How to request one
Email hello@rndlinteractive.com with the email address used at purchase and the reference number from your receipt. We reply within one working day and, when a refund is approved, it is issued through the original payment method. Your bank or e-wallet then takes its own time — typically 5–10 business days.
Where the fault is ours there is no deadline: write whenever you find it. For anything else, please write within 14 days of the charge. Neither limit affects your rights under the Consumer Act of the Philippines.
Chargebacks and disputes
If you believe a charge is wrong, contact us before your bank. A direct refund reaches you faster than a chargeback does, and we would rather fix it than defend it.
If you would rather go through a formal process, the steps and timelines are in the dispute resolution policy. Where a dispute is opened with your bank or e-wallet, we respond to it with the transaction record and the delivery evidence for that order — the receipt, the publish confirmation and the live link.
